Who can use PLUS membership?
The entire family (i.e. self, spouse, children and parents) of a member can use the membership.
What is the duration of PLUS membership?
PLUS membership duration can be 1 year, 2 year or 3 year depending on the membership plan that you have subscribed at the time of becoming a member.
Can PLUS membership be customised?
YES. If you buy the PLUS membership in bulk, you can customize with add-on experiences (at extra cost) based on your budget.
Can PLUS membership be gifted?
YES. You can buy PLUS membership for self-use or gift it to any person.
Can PLUS membership be transferred?
NO. You cannot transfer the membership to anybody else once it has been allocated to you as a member.
Will I get a physical membership card?
NO. Currently you will not get a “physical” membership card but you will be assigned a “unique” membership number on becoming a member.
Can I start the membership anytime?
Membership start dates are generally 1st or 11th or 21st of any month. You can choose any of these dates when you purchase the membership.
What happens when I become a member?

How will I get to know if there are any updates to the membership?
Any updates or additions to the membership benefits will be duly informed to you via email & phone.
Can I renew my membership later?
Your membership is “auto-renewed” for the next year if your total booking value crosses INR 1.5 Lakh in a year. Otherwise the renewal fees applicable at the time of renewal will be applicable.
Is there a member mobile app?
You will be able to access the membership benefits over an app in due course of time. You will be informed regarding the same when it is launched in the coming months.
Is GST included in the membership price?
PLUS membership prices include 18% GST unless and until it has been mentioned otherwise.
